Solid base provides stability
The mast is made up of thick-walled sections guided by plain bearings and equipped with an internal brake system that ensures the stable position of the end of the tower when fully raised – a self-stiffening effect of the mast.
No lashing ropes required, mast raising is mechanical – winch mechanism and rope system.
The mast is made of S235J steel and then coated with a layer of zinc (galvanised). The box is also made of steel and then powder-coated (anti-corrosive primer, actual paint – RAL 7035).
The tower has the option of fitting an electrical cabinet with dimensions 600x1000x250. There is very easy access to the cabinet – the tower has doors on opposite sides.

ADVANTAGES OF A MOBILE TELESCOPIC MAST

Welded construction with high corrosion protection properties. A specially-reinforced base provides very good mast fixing. Anti-balance system and safety locks prevent unauthorised access to the mast.

Extendable tower feet double the support area, provide stability, and ensure that the mast is securely attached.

The raising mechanism is equipped with a manual cable winch with an automatic brake. The mast locks automatically at any height.

The compact design and dedicated transport slots allow the tower to be easily transported and relocated.

A fold-out frame for photovoltaic panels, a dedicated head for a surveillance camera system, and a charging socket are just some of the tower accessories available.

Approximately 8 m² of flat advertising space is available to the client, which is ideal for applying their logo or company advertising.

How does
the mobile tower work?

The mast extends to a maximum height of 6.8 metres (height calculated from the ground).

The raising mechanism is equipped with a manual cable winch with an automatic brake. The mast locks automatically at any height when the raising or lowering process is stopped.

Special extendable feet are responsible for the stability of the mast. The extendable tower feet double the support area, provide stability, and ensure that the mast is securely fastened. The adjustable tower feet allow the entire structure to be levelled at the target location.
